Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

We offer shipping within the domestic United States, Hawaii and Canada. You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by USPS. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders cannot be shipped COD.
International Shipping cost is paid by the purchaser and is a flat rate depending on the shipping method you choose. The shipping fee will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order.
Domestic Shipping: Domestic Shipping is offered via USPS. USPS Domestic Standard Shipping is offered as a free service within the continental US. Express delivery is offered at extra cost to the customer.

Returns and Exchange Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all tags and labels attached, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or bonus items.
Your item needs to have the receipt or other proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. End of season sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not accept returns for items purchased at third party retail locations or websites.
We are do not accommodate merchandise exchanges due to our frequent product lineup changes. You must return a product for refurnd and if replacement product is still available, place a new order.

A Return Authorization Confirmation must be obtained before returning any items. No refunds or web credits will be given on items returned without a Return Authorization Confirmation.

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original purchase.
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Company is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Company does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after your package has been scanned by the return carrier. Once your refund has been processed, we’ll send you an automated email with all the pertinent details. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be posted to your original method of payment.
We do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, which allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD.
